Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order and report any damage
to the carrier within 24-48 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be
claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept
and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage
and file your claim.

we respond within 24 hours.
We normally ship within 5-7 business days after receipt of your order. If an
item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you and if this does not meet
your needs the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made to you.
Orders shipped within Arizona will be billed 8.3% sales tax .
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We will do our best to satisfy each
and every one of our customers to the best of our ability. Any merchandise
in original condition and in original boxes may be returned within 14 days
of receipt for a full no questions asked refund (Shipping charges are not refundable).
After 14 days no orders will be accepted back. Please email
us directly to obtain a return confirmation authorization. Any items damaged
by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. Returned items must be shipped
to Save the Bottles & More prepaid and insured for full value. Please include
your name, address, telephone number and invoice when returning items so we
can properly credit your account.
Since are products are all handcrafted, there is a possibilty
that one of your selections may not be available at the time of
your order. In this case, we will contact you to arrange for either
a substitution or advise of anticipated shipping date with your
